Northgate’s First Annual Tree-Lighting Ceremony and Santa’s Arrival.  The evening will start with entertainment in the Oak Plaza, including face painters, balloon artists, jugglers, and more.  At 6:45, Santa will arrive and community members will help light Northgate’s new signature Coast Live Oak Tree by waving their magic lights.  At 7 p.m., The Mistletones entertain in the Oak Plaza with traditional popular music and holiday standards for children and adults. www.shopatnorthgate.com
